Meera was always on the go. From managing her family, juggling a demanding job, and trying to stay connected with friends, her days seemed to vanish in a blur of tasks. Despite all her accomplishments, something was missing — a sense of calm, a feeling of being truly present. She felt lost in the chaos of daily life and realized she needed more than just external success. Meera wanted inner peace.
It all began one evening when she sat on her balcony after a particularly draining day. The setting sun painted the sky in hues of orange and pink, yet Meera felt numb to its beauty. She wondered how life had gotten so mechanical, how she had become a mere spectator to her own existence. In that moment, a seed was planted: Meera wanted to reconnect with herself.
She started her journey by waking up a little earlier each day, dedicating a few minutes to just sit in silence. At first, it was uncomfortable — her mind buzzed with thoughts of things she had to do, plans she hadn’t made, and worries about the future…
