Sony, a 34-year-old marketing executive, had always been the epitome of success on the outside. She had a great job, a supportive family, and a circle of friends who admired her. Yet, behind her confident exterior, Sony, struggled with something she had never openly acknowledged — an almost constant feeling of not being enough.
As a child, Sony had been a high achiever. Her parents, while loving, had always expected her to excel in everything she did. Whether it was academics, sports, or extracurricular activities, Sony always aimed to be the best. She thought that if she achieved more, she would feel worthy and deserving of love and praise.
